Sister Bird Vintage Policies
Sister, we want you to treat the clothes you send us as if you were selling them to your best friend or sister. She doesn't want your junk, and neither do we!
Sister Bird Vintage ONLY ACCEPTS the following:
- Sister Bird Boutique items
- Clean and freshly laundered items
- Items free of stains and/or dirt.
- Items without signs of excessive wear (fading, pilling, holes, tears).
- Items free of odor and pet hair.
- Fasteners (zippers, snaps, buttons, etc) must be in working order.
- Accessories must not show tarnish.
How it works:
- Submit your request here. Request requires pictures of items
- Upon approval, ship your items to us within 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- We will take pics and list your items on our website within 7-10 days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Your items will remain on our site for 60-90 days. After that, you will be given the option for us to send your items back (at your shipping expense), or to have them donated. If we don’t hear from you within 7 days of giving you that option, your items will automatically be donated. We can not be responsible if you do not receive the email we send to you.
- We ship all items sold to your buyer.
- Payouts will be paid (as Sister Bird store credit) on the 1st and 15th of every month.
We keep payouts simple!
- Earn 40% of the sales price.
- Commissions are paid in the form of Sister Bird Boutique store credit, and can be used on new Sister Bird or Sister Bird Vintage.
The rules (We hate rules, so don’t make us have to use our mom voice)
- If we receive something from you that was not approved, does not meet our standards above, or is unlike the images you sent us, they will be donated and you will not receive them back.
- No returns on Sister Bird Vintage items (Like ever. Not if we know you. Not if you misread something. Not if you don't like the fit. Never.)
- Payouts can not be given early.
